I would highly recommend Abigail Cohen to anyone seeking divorce representation. Abigail was a staunch advocate and impressive litigator. Her robust knowledge of family law made me feel like I was represented by the best of the best during my divorce proceedings. She effectively managed my expectations and was empathetic to the personal trauma I was going through during the toughest time of my life. Abigail is a true attorney-advisor. "Detailed Oriented and Thorough"

I highly recommend Abigail Cohen to any client seeking help with a prenuptial agreement.

Abby was incredibly detail-orientated and thorough. She demonstrated a commanding knowledge of family and Florida prenuptial law. Her work product was first-rate. And she was always incredibly responsive and quick.

But what I appreciated most was how kind she was. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, helped me think through tough decisions, and explained every step of the process. I never felt rushed, and I appreciate that she took the time to get to fully understand my circumstances—to get to know me, my family, my small business, and my priorities. She was always responsive to emails or calls. And she made me feel at ease throughout the process.

I also enjoyed working with Abby’s team, Kristy and Kristina. They were always very responsive and helpful with technology and scheduling.

Having worked with many attorneys, I can easily say without reservation that working with Abby was one of the best and most stress-free experiences I have had. I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough.

"While no one walks away happy in a painful divorce I did walk away knowing I had the best representation possible!"

Please consider this my strong and full-throated endorsement of Abigail Cohen. Abby represented me as my legal counsel during my recent divorce. Like some divorces, mine was in my view contentious and difficult. Abby was able to keep our efforts toward a conclusion focused and professional at all times.

While my divorce involved business assets, and a complex division of investment funds Abby was able to assemble a team of internal and external professionals. This team under her leadership worked in my best interests at all times while having no malice toward the other side just focused on fairness. I was involved in all aspects of the process for over a year and contacted so I never had any surprises. During frequent emotional and painful personal moments, I was able to have discussions with Abby that through her extensive experience helped me navigate this process. While no one walks away happy in a painful divorce I did walk away knowing I had the best representation possible!

"I am so happy that I made that decision and will be a returning customer for life"

I had the privilege of working with Abigail Cohen and the team at GWHS Marital and Family Law Attorneys for over the last three years. Through countless court battles and the challenges of a slow judicial system, Abigail’s perseverance and dedication never wavered. She and her team always did their homework, going above and beyond to explore creative solutions and ensure the best possible outcome for my children. Their commitment and innovative approach made all the difference in achieving what we set out to accomplish. I am truly grateful for their tireless support and expertise. I had searched and narrowed down the top three attorneys in Florida and she won me over. I am so happy that I made that decision and will be a returning customer for life.

"If you want a job well done by people who genuinely care about your well being, look no further."

I find it fitting to first address the character, morals and personal etiquette that Rachel and Abby embodied in the time that they worked on my case. As a first time father, and with no prior experience with family legal matters, I found myself without direction, anxious, unsure and quite honestly, scared. Within the first few moments of meeting Abby, all of those emotions dissolved and I knew I was in great hands. Abbys sense of calm, her quiet confidence and humble tenacity made me feel at ease instantly. I felt safe and I knew that I had someone who was earnestly invested in not only my case but my wellbeing and that of my son as well. Abby is honest, incredibly wise in her foresight and made me feel as if she was walking with me every step of the way, regardless of the hour or matter at hand. From onset she encouraged me, while leading by example, to continually take the high road and remember that at the core of the conflict was a child who deserved every matter to be approached diligently and with his well being at the center.

Rachel was equally as dedicated to my case and on various occasions went above and beyond on making herself available for me, giving me honest opinions, feedback and wisdom regarding so many different aspects of my experience, including parenthood and the challenges outside of the case that I could face and how to approach them. She was equally as detail oriented and dedicated and always brought an energetic air that uplifted me in various occasions. Rachel made me feel like she was 100% in my corner and willing to do what was necessary to ensure the wellbeing of my child and his best possible outcome. She also prepared me for the aftermath of the case and gave me very specific advice that I utilize and appreciate to this day.

Professionally, I cannot honestly say that I think I could have found better representation anywhere. The amount of knowledge and expertise contained between both Abby and Rachel was evident from our very first meeting when they were able to produce law and factual conclusions that other lawyers I received consultations from completely overlooked. At various points in the case when things took rapid turns or claims were made that altered the direction of the case, they knew how to respond in a way that was adherent to the law and kept the case on track and on a level playing field. They were always very transparent about what was real, plausible and possible and always kept me in the know as to what our approach would be and what the gameplan was. I never felt blind at any point and knowing there was a plan being woven together so intricately and in a such a well thought out manner always made me feel so comforted.

I am extremely grateful and satisfied with my experience working with Abigail and Rachel and I wouldn’t hesitate a heartbeat in recommending them as people and professionals. If you want a job well done by people who genuinely care about your well being, look no further. It is with extreme respect and appreciate that I recommend the services of Abigail and Rachel.

I cannot recommend Abigail Cohen enough. Abby assisted our family with a complex Family Law matter, that involved components of Family Law, Estate Planning and Trust Law, and Elder Law. Abby interfaced with multiple members of our family, offered counsel and advice to address a breakdown of a decade's long marriage in very elderly individuals, which made this case unique for her and for us. Abby brought a wealth of legal experience and life experience as she worked through an evolving situation. Abby also consulted with outside counsel when estate planning matters arose, and questions of competency and mental capacity came into question.

Abby prepared for multiple tracks for us to follow, including pursuing divorce, entering into a Post-Nuptial Agreement, and an informal separation, advising us closely on the pros and cons for each, taking special consideration for the age of those involved. Abby was at all times highly sensitive to the differing views among family members, understood the importance of advocating for her client, but also the necessity for consensus among family members due to the age of her client.

I had the pleasure of working with Abby for nearly a year on this matter and got to experience her professionalism firsthand. She has an excellent support team, who, in addition to being efficient and competent, brought a degree of pleasantness and compassion that is sometimes lost. I am very grateful for Abby's support, her constant availability, and her ability to think through, and offer out of the box solutions or ideas. While our situation yielded a negotiated resolution, I have no doubt that had we needed to pursue more aggressive tactics, Abby and her team would have been ready.
