BOCA RATON, Fla. – (May 12, 2017) – Gladstone, Weissman, Hirschberg & Schneider, P.A. Principal Peter L. Gladstone has been installed as President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Florida Chapter. A member of the organization’s Board of Managers, Gladstone had previously served as the Chapter’s President-Elect.
Gladstone also is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, one of a select few over the past 40 years who have served in both positions, thereby giving back to family law in the two highest legal leadership capacities in the state.
Gladstone has served the Family Law Section in numerous other capacities, including as chair of both the Legislation Committee and Publications Committee. He also is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association. Licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York, Gladstone has lectured statewide on topics concerning Family Law, including Equitable Distribution, prenuptial agreements, discovery and depositions, temporary relief hearings, child custody and timesharing, and has published articles in the Florida Bar Journal.
